Yes. Every order page collects the live URLs, publication dates and the criteria mapping in a form you can send or print for the exhibit index.

This is a one-time fee. All services — interview, writing, editing, and publication — are included.

It is based on how many placements are in your plan: 10% from two, 20% from three, 30% from five. It is applied automatically at checkout and recalculated server-side, so the price you see is the price charged.

Before the interview, yes, in full. After drafting has begun we refund the placement less the drafting cost if we cannot place the piece. If you decline publication of a piece you approved the brief for, the drafting work is not refundable.
